Joe Gallini

Joe Gallini applies his 30+ years of knowledge and experience in tenant representation, real estate brokerage, and office/industrial development to serving his clients' best interests in facilities acquisitions and build-to-suits. Having completed over 6,000,000 square feet of real estate transactions including over 2,000,000 square feet of build-to-suit projects, Joe has provided real estate services to his clients in over 42 U.S. cities.

David B. Lester

David B. Lester has over 26 years in the commercial real estate arena with emphasis on tenant representation. His broad range of expertise covers areas such as market analysis, space planning & design, project management, site evaluation and transaction analysis. He is the 2003 Recipient of the Corenet Global SLCR Award, 2000 Recipient of the IDRC-BCCR Award, and "Recognized Heavy Hitter" by Dallas Business Journal's Top Five, DFW 2000.
